Board members include the current school Administrators (non-voting members), parents, and those in the community who are enthusiastic about Chinese language education. Upon nomination and election, each board member serves a two-year term.
Board Duties
• Sets policies of the school
• Oversees and implements objectives and policies of the school
• Recommends removal or appointment of any board members
• Recruits and appoints School Principal
• Reviews and approves budget prepared by Administrators and Treasurer at Board meetings
• Reviews and approves annual strategic plan(s) proposed by Administrators or Board members
• Invests in the next generation of the school
